During one late night walk home, my friends and I stumbled upon this hub cap on the side of the pavement. Immediately I brought it home, cleaned it up, and painted whatever I wanted. The aesthetic was loosely based on Mr. Burns: A Post Electric Play due to the fact that I was currently working on that show at the time.
